With locations across Boston’s metro-north region, CHA provides innovative primary, specialty and emergency care to our diverse patient population through an established network of outpatient clinics and two full service hospitals.Position details:Provide anatomic and clinical pathology services, with primary emphasis on surgical pathology, cytopathology, and diagnostic interpretationBased at CHA Cambridge Hospital in Cambridge, MAFull service histology and cytology laboratory as well as an extensive point of care test network throughout the clinics and inpatient areasEach CHA hospital campus has a three shift clinical laboratoryEpic electronic medical record; Meditech laboratory information systemCHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School. An HMS appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, may be available commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities.CHA is a High Reliability Organization. We emphasize teamwork and collaboration, and take pride in treating others with respect.Qualifications:Candidates must possess an active license to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anatomic Pathology (AP) or combined Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP). Experience in surgical pathology and cytopathology, supported by strong diagnostic, consultative, and organizational skills. Familiarity with CAP, CLIA, and applicable accreditation and regulatory frameworks is preferred. The full time guaranteed base salary range of $305,000-$365,000 is based on years of experience.
