As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the storage facility. This position provides the opportunity to be a part of one of the largest self-storage companies in the Southeast Region. Your Responsibilities
Improve sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies, guide new customers through rental processes and agreements, handle transactions and balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process daily bank deposits, ensure the facility meets cleanliness standards through general maintenance duties, work independently on daily tasks as well as cooperate with team members and other stores in the area, travel to support other store locations as necessary
